Roles and Responsibilities

 

1. This is an HR generalist manager profile, one who can manage/expose in all verticals of HR like TA/TM, etc.
2. This is position is called state HR manager and he responsible for end-to-end HR activities of his state.

4. Monitor and reduce the cost of the recruitment process
5. Manage recruitment budget and report on spend and ROI for recruiting tools, sources, and programs.
6. Ensures the smooth implementation of all recruitment processes and systems in order to facilitate hiring and induction at the branches. Ability to maintain a demanding travel schedule and work long-hours
7. Well Versed Knowledge of naukri.com, indeed.com, Linkedin, shine.com etc to post job profiles in the portal.
8. Responsible for developing and maintaining crucial client relationships with senior leadership, hiring managers, and candidates.
9. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop search strategies (recruitment trends, target companies, sourcing techniques, job boards, etc.) and overall staffing needs.
10. Proactively identifying and recruiting passive candidates, and building a robust pipeline.
11. Assuring all the assigned positions are closed within the hiring TAT
12. Obtaining all critical candidate information (experience, salary, motivations, fit for role).
13. Coordinating with new recruit and onboarding team for good hiring experience.
14. Builds strong relations with respective business heads in order to have discussions on manpower planning.
15. Team Handling Role, Pre & Post Joining Formalities, On-Boarding and Induction, Policies and procedures implementation, Payroll Inputs, Performance Management System, Employee Documentation and database management, Employee Retention, Employee Connect and Engagement Activities, Grievance Redressal and Exit Formalities

 

Desired Candidate Profile

·        Should be well versed with Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.

·        Should have hands-on experience in job portals, relevant searchengines, and Social media for resourcing.

·        Good command of excel and MS word.
